Are you feeling stuck, navigating a transition, feeling overwhelmed or depressed, or maybe justing wanting extra support and resources for these times? In these 4 sessions we will use art, simple mindful movement practices, and witnessing to activate the imagination, and add curiosity, connection, and creativity to our current challenges. The container of art and collective creativity will hold us as we put the physical, mental, and emotional body in motion. No movement or art experience required.
